I don’t have my insurance card with me, can I still receive treatment?

Absolutely, we ask the you pay for the services upfront and then we will bill your provider on your behalf once we have received your insurance information.

How do I schedule a Wellness Consultation?

To schedule your Wellness Consultation, visit the Book Online page and follow the prompts. For assistance, visit our blog for step-by-step instructions, Live Chat with an operator online, or call (609) 732-0101 M-F 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST to speak with a Wellness Advisor to schedule a consultation. Our Wellness Advisors are ready to assist you.

What is your new patient procedure?

New patients will receive a consultation with our provider. In most cases the patient will then be required to complete an in person visit  with our state licensed Advanced Nurse Practitioner. This initial full physical Wellness exam is scheduled for only $150.00. (Participating Insurance billable.)  New clients will be required to leave a $50.00 deposit at the time of scheduling your Initial physical examination appointment, as an administrative fee. It will be charged for last minute cancellations and no-show appointments. The fee will be refunded as a credit toward service or assigned toward yearly personal adviser service program.
